Refund and Returns Policy

At Pop Hats Trading Inc., we value your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items, such as clearance products or customized goods, may be non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at Sales@saloncap.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped an incorrect or defective item.

4. Exchanges

  • We allow exchanges for different sizes or styles if available.
  • Please contact us to confirm product availability before sending items back.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items returned after 30 days from purchase.
